All payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable as they reserve your spot in the expedition which has limited availability. In the event of a hardship or force majeure event in your life which prevents you from joining us, please contact us at the earliest time you know as we understand "life happens" and we will do our utmost to find an equitable solution together which is workable for all of us. Please understand we will work with you in good faith and we request you do the same as last minute cancellations come a great expense to us.
